The Suzuki DF250AP was the first V6 four-stroke engine in the world with 250 hp and has already won the prestigious NMMA (National Marine Manufacturers Association) prize for innovation.

It features a 55º V6 configuration that gives it a smooth, compact look, a 24-valve engine block with two overhead camshafts, an electronic fuel injection system, and a tuned multi-stage intake manifold that allows increased engine performance exclusive variable valve adjustment, which constantly adapts the intake air at low and medium speeds. This results in improved fuel efficiency and lower emissions. An offset drive shaft with a large 2.08: 1 gearbox that drives a 16-inch propeller and provides faster acceleration and greater top speed rounds off the engine.
